I have been buying my eczema friendly natural soap via www.frooly.com website, company called isha natural soaps, I don't know if they sell on their website as well, www.ishasoaps.co.uk.
They only have 2 types of soap bars, terebinth & olive oil, and daphne & olive oil. Check the ingredient oils' properties out.

I recommend both. I use both of them, now and then just swap betweem them. I found out that suits better for my skin.
A bit expensive but, gosh worth it.

As you say often the simpler the soap the better it is for your skin. Many soaps on the shelves contain chemicals etc. and therefore it is always best to go for a natural soap. Saponaqua (http://www.saponaqua.com) do a range of natural products that have received positive feedback for the way it treats eczema.

The soap in particular works very well and can be found on http://www.saponaqua.com/subcat/62/natural-therapy-bars.htm

Give it a try sometime.
Thanks
